Refund policy

Though we would hope you would never need to return your Maharani order, your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. You may return or exchange your Maharani order within 14 days from when you received your package. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. At this time, we accept returns from all customers based in Canada.

Please note that to be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 14 days of the item being shipped out. Items that are worn or damaged will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@maharanijewelsc.com to receive more information on how to return your item. Please note the following:

• At this time, we only accept returns and exchanges from customers based in Canada.
• Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your credit card/paypal return to be processed.
• Any orders that are past the 14 day mark will not be accepted for refund, or exchange.
• If the item qualifies for an exchange, you can only exchange an item once and Maharani Jewels will take care of the shipping to the destination. You will be responsible for initial return shipping/insurance.
• We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package
• Returns and exchanges do not apply for promotional items, custom made, or special order items, or the ‘Unity Bracelet.’
